A Father’s Day Teaching and Celebration
Dad gets his day, too! The male counterpart to our Mother’s Day Mamapalooza experience, Papapalooza (2014) included a party atmosphere for Dads and the “Commit” teaching from the “Why I Love Church and Other Cool Stuff” series.
The Papapalooza experience included:
- Music, putt putt, cornhole, and airsoft gun target practice outside the entrances
- Bottled waters and BBQ sliders
- Event t-shirts for volunteers
- A special service close, complete with classic rock and an explosion video
You are invited to use all the elements in this resource to create your own Papapalooza experience. Any of these ideas could be modified to suit your church and budget.
